Caleb and John Freeman, Acadia’s development team, are in design for Phase 3 of Acadia.  To meet the growing demand for new homes in our Acadia community, they plan 75+ home-sites and amenities in the new Gardens and Sanctuary neighborhoods across Hunters Creek. The Freemans will announce the official design and schedule for the next phase in May of 2016. Acadians and prospects will be the first to see and select home-sites in these new neighborhoods of our Acadia community.
